Pic by me of my supplies: virgin coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and white wine vinegar

I was searching online yesterday about how to get rid of my razor bumps. More specifically the ones on my chin and under my chin and I came across a girls blog who, like me, also suffer from hirsutism (I also suffer from PCOS, polycystic ovarysyndrome) which is a condition in women who suffer from excessive hair growth. We grow hair in the same places as men do such as the face like a beard, hair growth on chest, cheeks,  back, lower back and so on. Now, since I shave I've got razor bumps and when the hair grows back on my face it grows back in to the skin which gives me ingrown hair and scarring. In other words, to make it simple, I suffer from Pseudofolliculitis Barbae <--this link contains a picture of how it looks. It's not that bad for me just yet BUT that's how it looks like and all that is located under my chin and on its way down my throat. THIS LINK OPENS UP IN A NEW TAB, JUST FYI!

So the post on the girls blog said that this mixture is to get rid of the scars, the razor bumps and the ingrown hairs. Two times a day, morning and night. You take one part of apple cider vinegar, one part of white wine vinegar and two parts of lukewarm water, mix them together, soak the mixture on a small towel or a cotton pad and apply it on the affected area for 10 minutes. Rinse of white cold water, pat dry and moisturize with coconut oil. I think I'll make my mixture as one tbsp each of both vinegars and two tbsp of lukewarm water.

I'll try this for two weeks starting on Thursday the 17th - Thursday the 31st. I'll also take three pictures during this journey of mine, at the beginning, middle and end. Ofcourse I'll keep you posted and wish me luck!
